Stockholm-listed casino games developer NetEnt has successfully appealed the decision of Sweden’s Administrative Court to impose SEK94.4m in additional taxes on its activities between 2007 and 2010, bringing the long-running case to an end.

The country’s Administrative Court of Appeal has accepted NetEnt’s appeal and reversed the Administrative Court’s ruling of November 2014, which upheld the Swedish Tax Agency’s demand for the SEK94.4m (approx. €9.5m) sum.
