Racing NSW has filed an appeal against last month's decision by Australia's Federal Court to award Paddy Power's Sportsbet more than AUD$2m relating to race fees which were held to have discriminated against interstate bookmakers licensed in the Northern Territory.
Last month the court ruled that the rebating of race fees charged by Racing NSW (RNSW) to the state's largest betting operator, TAB Limited, discriminated against interstate bookmakers such as Sportsbet, licensed in the Northern Territory. [...]
