The Nevada Gaming Control Board has classified Daily Fantasy Sports as gambling since a ruling in October 2015, but industry leaders DraftKings and FanDuel are now seeking to reclassify the activity with their own legislation.

The proposal by the two industry leaders is due to be considered at a meeting of the Nevada Gaming Policy Committee on August 23rd, which will focus on Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS).
