Congressmen Scott Murphy (NY) and Brett Guthrie (KY) have introduced a bill to clarify the legality of online pari-mutuel betting on horseracing after credit card companies said that they will no longer process any gaming transactions, including those for pari-mutuel betting in the United States, due to UIGEA regulations which came into force this month.
