Playtech has agreed a new partnership with data analytics specialist Featurespace to enhance the fraud detection capabilities available to players via its player management system.
The deal will see Featurespace's real-time, machine learning platform ARIC integrated into the supplier's player management system. ARIC detects fraud and risk anomalies in individual player behaviour, helping operators quickly identify any unusual activity.
This in turn ensures operators can strengthen their risk management and slash fraud losses, helping them increase revenue.
