Michigan Representative Brandt Iden introduced new legislation Tuesday to establish the Lawful Internet Gaming Act.
The proposed legislation, which has been referred to the Committee on Regulatory Reform, would create the Division of Internet Gaming and authorise the body to license and regulate online gambling.
