Sky Betting & Gaming has agreed a £1m regulatory settlement with the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) over serious deficiencies in its self-exclusion systems.

The operator also failed to return players' account balances when their accounts were closed – a breach of Code rule 3.5.3(3).
