Ohio lawmakers introduce bill to regulate sports betting

Ohio Senators Sean O'Brien and John Eklund have put forward a bill that would see the state General Assembly commit to regulating sports betting.

Demcorat O'Brien and Republican Eklund have sponsored Senate Bill 316, which states that the Ohio General Assembly will "develop and enact legislation legalizing sports wagering."

The bill does not include any additional details at this time but will be expanded to incorporate feedback from other legislators.
