Pennsylvania's rival casino operators have joined forces in an attempt to restrict the Pennsylvania Lottery's online gaming offering.
Seven casino operators have filed suit against the state department of revenue, which oversees the lottery, alleging that the Pennsylvania iLottery offers and promotes casino-style games and games that simulate slot machines.
The casinos argue that this is in breach of state lottery law and Act 42 of 2017, and seek declaratory and injunctive relief.
