Arizona Senator Sonny Borelli and Representatives Leo Biasiucci and Mark Finchem have introduced legislation to authorise the state’s federally recognised Indian tribes offer sports betting.
Sports betting would only be operated by Indian tribes located within the state that have entered into a tribal-state gaming compact, although they would be authorised to offer sports betting through kiosks and terminals at licensed liquor establishments and private clubs.
