The New York Gaming Commission has published rules to regulate sports betting at the state’s existing licensed casinos.
Sports pool licenses would be available to the state’s licensed casinos in good standing, who would be authorised to offer in-person sports betting at dedicated sports wagering lounges of at least 500 sq. ft.
