The UK Gambling Commission has launched two public consultations today to gather views on the use of credit cards for online gambling and player control measures on all Category B gaming machines.

The credit gambling consultation is based on the principle that people should not gamble with money they do not have and seeks input from industry stakeholders, debt relief charities and consumers to help determine if restrictions, up to an outright ban, are necessary to limit risks to consumers.
