The West Virginia Lottery Interactive Wagering Act has been sent to Governor Jim Justice for final approval after passing the House and Senate last week.

Senators voted 26-7 in favour of the bill with one abstention on Friday March 8th after adopting two amendments. The House voted in favour of the amended bill on March 9th by a margin of 78-18 with four abstentions.
