Gibraltar-based gaming operator Mansion has been hit by a second fine from Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA).
The fine follows an investigation by the KSA into Mansion’s Casino.com brand, which was found to be targeting Dutch customers without a local license.
Of the total fine imposed, €200,000 relates to operating an unlicensed Netherlands-facing gaming site, with a further €200,000 fine imposed as it is Mansion’s second fine by the regulator.
