Sweden’s online gaming industry association BOS has filed a complaint against former monopoly operator ATG, seeking access to its horse racing pools and requesting a fine of SEK500m (€47.7m) on the operator for abusing its dominant market position.

BOS filed the complaint with the Swedish Competition Authority, arguing that ATG has selectively granted access to its horse race betting pools to foreign gaming companies while rejecting requests from licensed operators in the Swedish market, thereby abusing its dominant market position.
