Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has issued a fine of €270,000 to Simbat Entertainment Systems for targeting Dutch customers without a local license.
Simbat has been fined for offering online games through at least 11 different websites, including Bingolot.com, 777bingo.nl, Eurocazino.com, Slotstar.com, Gamblefactory.nl and Drgambler.com among others.
The regulator also imposed a fine of €100,000 to iGaming affiliate Spinity for acting as a promotional agent for Simbat’s sites.
