The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has confirmed that it will hold an auction for the state’s 13 licensed operators to apply for up to five more satellite casino licenses in early September.
The PGCB agreed to re-implement the auction process for a Category 4 casino license that ended in April 2018, which saw five successful auctions raise $127m in bids.
