Gibraltar-based jackpot betting operator Lottoland has succeeded in its legal challenge against the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
Lottoland launched its challenge against the ACMA in June after the regulator claimed that Lottoland was in breach of Australia’s Interactive Gambling Act (IGA) with its jackpot betting products.
