The District of Columbia’s Office of Lottery and Gaming has adopted final sports betting regulations, paving the way for the start of licensing.
The rules adopted Friday (Aug. 30) allow the DC Lottery and its technology partner Intralot to provide sports betting to players over the age of 18, both online and in retail locations.
