The Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association (OIGA) has amended its bylaws to temporarily suspend the membership of two tribes that recently agreed new gaming compacts with Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt.
The OIGA bylaws were amended last week to allow it to suspend the membership of tribes which are found to be engaging in conduct that is not in the best interests of the association.
