The state-owned Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) has authorized Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGO) to partially resume operations in the country, subject to stringent conditions.
The decision was agreed on Friday to help the government raise necessary funds to combat the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
