Toronto-listed software supplier Contagious Gaming has signed a partnership with OpenBet which will see its digital scratchcard products distributed through the NYX-owned supplier’s platform.

The deal has been signed via Contagious’ Telos Entertainment subsidiary, with its eInstant games to be integrated onto OpenBet’s platform and made available to the supplier’s global customer base.

Contagious chief executive Peter Glancy noted that the distribution agreement would bring its eInstant portfolio to a range of regulated gaming operators and government lotteries around the world.

Meanwhile, Contagious said that it is making progress on its drive to reposition the business as a full solution B2B gaming software provider.

Through the company’s platform it can now offer customers fixed-odds sports betting products, its core Goal Time betting offering, virtual sports content and its casino games. The eInstant products will also be made available through its platform, though are yet to be integrated.

All this content is either integrated or to be integrated onto the xTURF platform, which Contagious obtained through the acquisition of German sportsbook solutions provider Digitote. The €5m deal for the supplier was completed in December last year.

Shares in Contagious Gaming Inc (Co.Data) (CNS:TSV) closed up 20 per cent at CAD$0.12 per share in Toronto yesterday.
