Germany's Lotto und Toto Block (DLTB) has reported a marginal increase in sales for 2016, leading once again to accusation that foreign operators are eroding the lotteries' profit.

The DLTB posted a €32m rise in sales for 2016, an increase of 0.4 per cent year-on-year to €7.3bn, despite the comparable period including a number of additional lottery draws.
