China's Ministry of Finance has revealed that total sales from the country's lottery market fell by 9 per cent to RMB25.66b (€3.3bn) in February.

It marks the first year-on-year decline in the market since June 2017, with sales of the Welfare Lottery falling by 14 per cent to RMB13.12bn and Sports Lottery sales declining 2.5 per cent to RMB12.54bn.
