Hong Kong-listed lottery and gaming provider AGTech Holdings has been awarded a new tender for a new project in the electronic instant lottery games sector in China’s Hainan Province.
AGTech subsidiary Beijing Systek Science & Technology Development Co, together with a Chinese incorporated company, were jointly awarded a tender for game research and development, game operation and terminal service project, on a sports entertainment video electronic instant lottery system in Hainan.
It follows an initial agreement between the two companies and the province’s Sports Lottery Administration Center last month.
“The group and the PRC company will utilize their respective expertise to assist Hainan SLAC in promoting sports lottery products and expanding its customer base,” said AGTech in a statement. “The group’s involvement in the project demonstrates its continued commitment in China’s lottery technical service and technical development market.”
Shares in AGTech Holdings Limited (HKG:8279) closed in Hong Kong Friday at HK$0.34 per share.
