Leading US gaming operator Caesars Entertainment Inc. has acquired a stake in Israeli social games developer Playtika.
Founded in 2010, Playtika has so far developed two games for social networks such as Facebook. The company’s most popular app, Slotomania, is a video slots game which was launched in October 2010 and already boasts over 2.2m active monthly users on Facebook.
