Digital sports content provider Perform Group has made a €101m bid to acquire real-time sports data provider RunningBall.
Perform said the addition of RunningBall’s complementary real-time sports data will help enhance the groups offering to sports book operators by enabling the company to provide a fully integrated new trading product featuring both real-time data and video through its Watch&Trade product, which will also be made available to customers of RunningBall’s trader client application.
