Denmark's state-controlled gaming operator Danske Spil has moved to bring its games development in-house with the acquisition of Aalborg-based games developer CEGO.

Under the terms of the deal Danske Spil will acquire 60 per cent of CEGO’s total shares, with the current owners continuing the day-to-day management of the business from its current headquarters.
