Global Gaming Network has entered into an exchange and purchase agreement to sell its B2C fantasy sports assets to Lux Digital Pictures Partners, which has in turn sold on the assets to fantasy sports and media business SteamTrack Inc.

Under the terms of the agreement, SteamTrack has acquired a range of assets including the source code, email and SMS alert system of subscriber-based, as well as the source code, automated gaming system and rosters of daily fantasy sports site It has also taken ownership of more than 100,000 registered users of the two sites.
