Canada’s Amaya has completed the sale of Cadillac Jack to AGS for approximately CAD$476m, and reiterated that it has found no evidence of any violation of Canadian securities laws in relation to the company’s acquisition of PokerStars owner Oldford Group last year.

Amaya sold the entire issued and outstanding shares of Amaya Americas Corporation, the indirect parent company of Cadillac Jack, to AGS, an affiliate of funds managed by Apollo Global Management, for an aggregate purchase price of $476m.
