UK-listed live TV gaming operator NetPlay TV has acquired online marketing solutions provider Otherside in a £3.2m deal as it looks to diversify revenue and strengthen its existing operations.
NetPlay said that it has been actively considering various options as part of its strategy to expand the business organically and through M&A, and that the Otherside acquisition will strengthen certain areas of the business.
