Australian gaming supplier Ainsworth Game Technology has entered into a binding agreement to acquire US-based privately held games and systems manufacturer Nova Technologies for US$38m.

Based in South Carolina and Oklahoma, Nova has been in operation for more than a decade as a manufacturer of Class II games and systems. It has also deployed selected Class III games in certain markets.

Nova’s game portfolio has in excess of 30 Class II titles, placed across more than 1,300 gaming positions earning a daily fee in markets throughout the US.
