A new bill proposing the regulation of a wide range of gambling products including daily fantasy sports (DFS), online lottery sales, tablet gaming in airports and online gaming, was approved by the Pennsylvania Senate Appropriations committee Tuesday.
The bill was introduced to the Pennsylvania House earlier this year by Representative Jason Ortitay, originally only allowing tablet gaming in airports, but has been significantly expanded to include other forms of iGaming.
