The National Indian Gaming Association (NIGA) has been announced as the newest member of the American Sports Betting Coalition (ASBC), the lobby group formed by the American Gaming Association to fight the federal ban on sports betting in the United States.
NIGA represents the interests of 184 federally recognised Indian tribes on issues concerning tribal sovereignty and their ability to achieve self-sufficiency through gaming and other forms of economic development.
