Intertain has confirmed that it has received a number of preliminary offers from third parties to acquire all of its shares or material business units, but added that it continues to explore a broad range of value enhancing alternatives including a greater exposure to European capital markets.

Alongside its results for the first quarter, Intertain said that its Special Committee continues to work with its financial advisor Canaccord Genuity and independent legal advisor Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt to consider third party proposals to acquire all of the shares or material business units of Intertain.
