London-listed mobile gaming solutions provider Nektan has sold three of its iGaming brands for up to £1.95m in cash, while simultaneously entering in to a five-year licensing agreement to continue operating the websites.

Buckingham HMB Ltd, a newly incorporate UK company, will pay the company a cash consideration of £1.75m for the assets, which include Chomp Casino, with a further £200,000 to follow.
