Toronto-listed gaming technology provider Gaming Nation is significantly expanding its operations with the acquisition of BD Sport Group, Britain's market leader for in-stadium betting services.
The £8.8m acquisition of the group includes subsidiaries BD Sport, BD Stadia and BD Deportes, with the total transaction value potentially climbing to £11m on earn-out provisions.
