The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has published its initial findings relating to Tabcorp's proposed AUD$6.4bn acquisition of Tatts Group, highlighting the risk of reduced competition in Queensland and the potential dominance of Sky Racing as key areas of concern.
