The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has published its initial findings relating to Tabcorp's proposed AUD$6.4bn acquisition of Tatts Group, highlighting the risk of reduced competition in Queensland and the potential dominance of Sky Racing as key areas of concern.

"The matter raises complex competition issues in a range of different areas, and industry participants have provided many differing views, all of which we will need to examine in greater detail," ACCC chairman Rod Sims explained.
