Oslo-listed operator and solutions provider Gaming Innovation Group (GIG) has bolstered its affiliate marketing business with the acquisition of Casinotopsonline.com for €11.5m.
It is the largest acquisition to date for GIG’s Innovation Labs and is meant to strengthen its position in regulated markets such as the UK.
The acquisition includes Casinotopsonline.com and all related assets, which are currently generating an annual revenue run-rate of approximately €3m, with an EBIT margin in excess of 90 per cent.
