Canadian lottery supplier Pollard Banknote looks set to finally acquire Innova Gaming Group after the companies settled on the terms of a deal after months of discussions.

Pollard has made an offer of CAD$2.50 per Innova share, a 19 per cent increase on its original $2.10 per share offer, and a premium of 66 per cent on Innova's closing share price of CAD$1.51 on March 9th - the last trading day prior to the initial announcement of Pollard's proposal to acquire the business.
