Intralot has agreed to sell its stake in Jamaican lottery and sports betting operator Supreme Ventures for $40m.
The company has signed a share purchase agreement with Trinidad-based Zodiac International Investments for the sale of its 50.05 per cent stake in Intralot Caribbean Ventures, which in turn owns 49.9 per cent of Supreme Ventures.
Intralot has agreed to sell its stake for $40m, with deal expected to be completed before the end of the year.
