Gauselmann Group's UK-based game studio Blueprint Gaming has acquired rival developer Games Warehouse for an undisclosed sum.
Blueprint has purchased Games Warehouse from investment firm Harbour Group and is set to significantly boost its content output following completion.
Based in Derby, Games Warehouse develops online, mobile and retail games, with titles such as Wild Banditz, Birdz and Gold Strike already live with a number of leading iGaming operators.
