Video bingo specialist Patagonia Entertainment has acquired iGaming platform provider AutoGameSYS (AGS) in a €20m deal.
The acquisition is designed to position Patagonia as the leading iGaming solutions provider for online and land-based operators in regulated Latin American markets.
"Our AutoGameSYS acquisition is the latest step in our growth strategy to maintain our position at the forefront of Latam's iGaming market," Patagonia Entertainment global business development manager Victor Arias said.
"It delivers an all-in-one solution to give clients a turnkey platform ready to quickly operate in any regulated market in the world."
Through the deal it can now offer an omni-channel, multi-vertical solution, which includes a sportsbook, casino, live casino, video bingo, virtual sports and an esports product.
This is supported by local and international payment processing capabilities and a selection of more than 2,000 games from a range of third party providers, as well as more than 2,000 pre-match and live betting markets each month.
Patagonia and AGS first established a relationship back in April 2017, when Patagonia agreed to launch a selection of its video bingo titles for AGS in the Mexican iGaming market.
