Stockholm-listed performance marketing specialist Catena Media has moved into the Australian financial services vertical with the acquisition of TheBull.com.au.
The company has acquired the Australian stock market news and analysis site, which was founded in 2006 by traders and is run by long-standing finance journalists, together with other sites including TheBull.asia and the FatCat.com.au domain.
To build the brand Catena Media is also acquiring the video-focused sites LearnTrading.com.au and LearnCFDs.com, as well as similar domains from author [...]
