Private equity firm Z Capital Partners and its affiliate Affinity Gaming have proposed a deal to acquire US casino operator Full House Resorts for $132.5m.

The proposed transaction would be structured as a cash or stock transaction with an enterprise value of $1.79 per share on a fully diluted basis.

Z Capital said that the combination of Affinity Gaming and Full House Resorts would create an industry leader with a portfolio of hotels and casinos across the US.
