Sydney-listed The BetMakers Holdings (TBH) has secured a AUD$1.68m strategic investment from Las Vegas-based Tekkorp Capital, an investment firm controlled by former NYX Gaming CEO Matt Davey.
Tekkorp has provided a firm commitment to acquire a 19.99 per cent stake in TBH under a placement of 55,991,335 fully paid ordinary shares at a price of $0.03 per share.
In conjunction with the investment, TBH has agreed to appoint a nominee of Tekkorp to its board of directors.
