New York-listed gaming supplier AGS has expanded its table games offering with the acquisition of New Jersey-based In Bet Gaming.

AGS has acquired all of In Bet’s assets and operations, including proprietary games 3 Card Blitz, Dragon Poker, Double Down Blackjack and Straight to the Flush.

The acquisition also sees In Bet president and CEO Ronald LaDuca join AGS’ executive team as vice president of table products sales.

LaDuca has over 30 years experience in the gaming industry, having served in numerous table game operations roles at the Showboat Atlantic City, Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut, and West Virginia’s Mardi Gras Casino & Resort and The Greenbrier. He founded In Bet in 2009.

“We have had a strong partnership with the In Bet team for a number of years, and in 2017 we bolstered our relationship by acquiring five of their dynamic table progressives that continue to drive business for us today,” said AGS senior vice president of table products John Hemberger.

“Now, in addition to investing in the remainder of their innovative game assets, we are thrilled to welcome In Bet founder, president, and CEO Ron LaDuca to our sales team in a leadership role. We will leverage Ron’s many trusted, long-term relationships with table-game operators to continue to grow our table products business, while capitalizing on In Bet’s pioneering inventions to drive revenues and player engagement in the casino pit.”

Following his appointment, LaDuca commented: “I’m thrilled that AGS has purchased In Bet’s remaining assets and feel confident that our exciting game inventions will continue to attract and engage players across the globe in the hands of the experienced and passionate AGS development, product management, and sales teams.

“I look forward to joining Team AGS and helping continue their momentum in table products.”
