Toronto-listed lottery supplier Pollard Banknote has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire UK-based mobile app developer mkodo for £7.8m.
Pollard Banknote said that mkodo's mobile expertise would allow the company to enhance its customers' digital connection with their end users and expand the supplier’s own digital solutions, which currently comprises iLottery, second chance platforms and loyalty programs.
