BetClic Everest Group (BEG) has taken over full ownership of Mangas Everest following GigaMedia’s decision to completely write-off its stake in the business earlier this year.
BEG recently upped its stake in Mangas Everest to 66.66 per cent at the end of April, having acquired a 60 per cent stake in the business in December 2009.
