The German state of Schleswig-Holstein has issued its first online casino licences to twelve operators, including some of the biggest names in the European online gaming industry.
Schleswig-Holstein’s Interior Ministry issued twelve licences Wednesday for online casino games, including online poker and slots, which will be valid for a six-year period ending December 18th, 2018. The Ministry also confirmed that it is currently considering applications from a further 18 companies.
